Vesper Sparrow

There are occasional sightings of Vesper Sparrows from April through October. Most of the sightings are from migration, when the species is more likely to be found at the heavily-birded hotspots, such as Mill St. The species likely nests in the farmland of the southern part of Lycoming County, but poor coverage leads to few reports. They are possibly also found in grassland areas (perhaps SGL 75?).
