Red Phalarope

Red Phalarope is extremely rare in Lycoming County, with three records. The first record was from May 11, 2013 on Lycoming Creek near Bowman Field in Williamsport. The second was May 24-25, 2020 at Rose Valley Lake, and the third came from a flyby bird later that same year at the Williamsport Dam, on 10/29/20.
