Eurasian Collared-Dove
Rare. A recent record from April 2015 along Kaiser Hollow Road. Another record from 4/14/2002 along Log Run Road in Loyalsock Twp. More information on that sighting can be found in V16N2 of the Pennsylvania Birds quarterly journal.
The species has undergone a massive range expansion since being introduced to North America, with the Northeast being the last holdout. It seems likely that the species may start being recorded more regularly, and might eventually become common in Lycoming County.
