It's a Ruby-throated Hummingbird!

The only expected species of hummingbird in PA (especially in July), and there's nothing that looks weird for this default species. A lot of people think that the black throat on this one would mean that it's a female or immature male, but it's not. Adult males' red throats are only red in the right light/angle, so a red or black throat means adult male. Females have white throats.
