It's a Chipping Sparrow!

The normal starting place for a Chipping Sparrow is that it has no streaking, but this is a fresh juvenile, so like many juvenile sparrows, it does have streaking (unlike the adults). Notice that it has the dark eyeline extending through the eye onto the lores along with the overall structure of the bird and grayish rump area, which together rule out anything similar.
