It's a White-crowned Sparrow!

Unstreaked sparrow with a pinkish bill and a bold black and white pattern on the head. This individual is a bit odd in that the lores are pretty pale, instead of the normal black. That's a trait shown by the western Gambel's form, but this bird doesn't have a bright orange bill like those, so it's likely an intergrade or just a slightly abnormal individual.
