ID Quiz - December 27, 2020

They are a Lapland Longspur (L) and a Horned Lark (R)!

Horned Larks are fairly distinctive, with the dark mask on yellow face visible here. Lapland Longspurs are less common in PA, but are often found with lark or Snow Bunting flocks; note the more sparrow-like look, but with a strongly patterned face and chestnut stripe in the wing.
