Glacier Pools Preserve
Overview
This 270-acre property, located between Huntersville and Picture Rocks, is open to the public through a conservation easement with the Merrill Linn Conservancy and sponsored by the East Lycoming Recreation Commission. The habitat is a mixture of mature forest and meadows. The name comes from the vernal pools found on the property. An overlook provides excellent views of the Allegheny Front.
